Unhappy Would creatine help me in school+work?

I recently got a job about a month ago at an auto service shop after about 7-8 months of unemployment. It is very fast paced and physically demanding. On top of that I am in a diesel program at school so I work on 18 wheelers/construction equipment which requires replacing/carrying large parts. Out of the past 30 days since Ive gotten the job, I have only been able to hit about 6 gym sessions because I am so drained and have no motivation..

    Schedule:
    School 7am-11/12pm
    Work 11/12pm-7-8pm

    Questiions:
Would creatine give me that much needed energy throughout the day? I have been off of creatine for 3 months now. Felt great when I was on it with no job.
I rarely drink coffee so should I drink it every morning?
Would investing in a PWO be a better choice?

Or should I not rely on supplements and wait until my body adjust to this schedule in a few weeks/months since I was such a lazy fuk before?

Thanks for reading and any input is greatly appreciated

You're body will adjust. Make sure you have adequate nutrition and are getting enough sleep. Other than that caffeine tabs are cheap and effective for this circumstance, but creatine is not.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

creatine would definitely help. not so much specifically for your scenario because he's right your body WILL get used to the volume. but just in general everyone should take creatine..

creatine is the one of the only supplements outside of maybe like whey protein (which is more of a food) that legit works

sustained creatine use can actually lead to more myonuclei growth which means more energy production / transfer

ingesting creatine can increase the level of phosphocreatine in the muscles up to 20% so that means you have a bigger "battery" for intense 12-20 second energy capacities like lifting a heavy weight
My muscle is a tool my mind uses to lift weights.

As they said you'll adjust, but if you need a boost before the gym a PWO is definitely something you'll want to try get. Creatine isn't going to generate more energy. Deep sleep >

Creatine isn't the answer. What does your diet look like? How many times a day are you eating?

Eating the proper food at the right time greatly affects energy levels.

Another suggestion is to get your T levels checked, you might be in the low end.

do not rely on supplements. let your body adjust. if you still feel the same way after 2 weeks, then feel free to invest in some caffeine tabs or even a pwo.

no, creatine doesn't provide that type of energy. It draws water to the muscle. Take some caffeine or a 5 hour energy if you need it.
