collusion has never existed in any of my leagues and as the commish I would never tolerate such actions.

Any most people in these are regulars who I have already played with

One thing I just changed about the settings are the kicks
3 points for <39
40-49 = 4 points
50+ = 5

the OP said there was no 4 point option.

I imagine no one is going to care, but figured I would be transparent

once this draft date gets settles people will need to pay 2 weeks before the date.
If people do not pay then they will be replaced.

Nobody gives a **** about week 4 of the pre season, and weekends are usually easier for people.

most drafts are after week 3

I just threw out after week 4 to see if anyone had any interest in that if after week 3 was not feasible.

Everybody agrees to draft date/time...then he sends leaguesafe info...then everybody pays...then we get draft order. He wants money before draft order so people don't back out/not pay if they strongly dislike their draft slot.
