Hey guys first I apologize if this has been put up before.
I've just started taking creatine for the first time yesterday. I got myself some C4! Tastes great! I looked into what a loading phase was and started by trying to take 20g a day for five days. But yesterday I got to my third scoop (5g a scoop) and f**k it's way too much for me. I was shaking and I honestly felt like I had a little white line of the class A kind. I couldn't sleep well last night at all my heart was pounding. I got like 4 maybe 5 hours of sleep. Needless to say I didn't get to my forth scoop. I did however go to the gym and have one of the best workouts I've ever had. Anyway is this a sign that I should just go with a more delicate loading phase or maybe not even have a loading phase at all? I'm still pretty pumped now. I'm tired, definitely and I've got work in like a couple hours and I know I'm going to have a sh**y day because of it. But there definitely no shortage of energy.
Anyway, your thoughts please guys. You'd really be helping me out.

Not even sure what to say.
1st c4 is a pre workout, it has caffine and stimulants. YOU DO NOT LOAD C4, READ THE ****ING LABEL!!!!!!
2nd You don't need to load creatine
3rd READ THE LABEL
4th READ THE LABEL
If you cannot read then please stop taking supplements, people like you are the reason we can't have cool stuff.

Wow guys
Look guys I'm that stupid and I f**ked up. I'm not trying to ruin anything for anyone, I haven't hurt anyone, I'm just jacked right up. Chill out ( wish I could but I stupidly took too much of that stuff). I'm gonna be honest and let you guys in on what an idiot I've been. Here's what happened.
So I've been casually working out for years. Never really getting anywhere though never really putting the effort in either. Recently that changed and I got a lot more serious. I've been working out "properly" for 4 months and I thought I'll grab some whey powder to boost my protein intake. While I was shopping for protein I came across creatine. Of course I've heard of it before and many of my friends take it but I never have. So I thought why not grab some of that as well and try it out. I did a little reading and it seemed all good and most people recommend taking it. So sweet I thought let's grab some! I go in body building.com and what's the number creatine to buy! C4! I had a little read of the label. It says about tolerance and do not exceed more than 2 scoops a day but I'd read people taking 3 so I thought the label can't be talking about the loading phase.
Anyway yep I'm stupid, I f**cked up, made a mistake. Let more bashing commence but amongst the insults I got the information and help I needed so thanks for that. I won't be making the same mistake twice. When I looked for creatine on the website I literally just clicked the word creatine thinking that "this is just your run of the mill stuff" nothing special.
If anybody wants to insult me a little more please go right ahead but if you could add what I should do next that would be just super. Should I just continue taking C4 once a day as directed even on my off days. Or should I buy normal creatine and take that everyday. If so what do you recommend?

Wow. If this is true, you've had a really rough week. C4 in moderation is amazing. C4 in excess may actually be like C4 - the real stuff.
I think we're laughing with you, man. We've all done some dumb stuff from time to time.
I would not take it on your off day. Get yourself a tub of creatine mono and just go from there. It's one of the more inexpensive supplements out there.

If you want to use C4 OP then use it as directed before you workout. 1-2 scoops 20-30 minutes before working out, start with 1 scoop. Do not take more than 2 scoops per day
Do not use c4 as a creatine supplment, it has 1g of creatine nitrate per scoop. The nitrate also helps for pumps.
For creatine look for some good old creatine monohydrate (bb.com, allmax, universal) and take 5g a day for the first month then 3-5g a day on workout days or every other day.
You can also take into account the creatine in your preworkout when taking bulk creatine mono. For example, you could take 4g of creatine mono along with 1 scoop of c4 to reach your 5g of creatine (only 5g's needed for the first month)

From what I gathered he took 3 scoops of C4? Spread out throughout the day?
Lol why is everyone freaking out? Even at 3 scoops it's only like 400mg of caffeine. No one's going to die from that. Although he obviously dun goofed everyone's acting like he drank a 150g bag of caffiene powder.
OP you obviously now know C4 is not a creatine source. Buy some creatine mono and use C4 as a pre workout at 1-2 scoops. If you have any questions ask here first.

Directions For C4 Extreme: DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Directed Use On Training Days: To determine tolerance, begin by taking one serving (1 scoop) mixed with (4 - 6 oz.) of water 20 - 30 minutes before training. After personal tolerance has been assessed, take one to two servings (1 - 2 scoops) 20 - 30 minutes before training begins. Add (4 - 6 oz.) of water for each serving. During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.
Lol where does it direct you to take it once a day?My secret? Texting between sets.

It's tought being new to the forums. You made a mistake it happens. C4 has creatine nitrate in it which actually helps with pumps and is a pre workout with stims in it. I can understand cause many say to take creatine pre workout. What you are looking for is just good ole creatine monohydrate. It cheap. There is no loading phase. Take 5 grams per day for the first month to reach saturation level. Basically 5 grams = one teaspoon. After that take one teaspoon a day on workout days. That's it. Good luck. c4 is good to take pre workout it'll get you ready to hit the gym!

That comment is even more stupid than your previous mistake.
You were going to take 20 scoops of a product containing caffeine and nitrates.
So yeah, educating yourself on the subject before diving head first into something that requires a minimum of caution would be the right thing to do.
How old are you for God's sake?
