!!! Time to get PUMPED with Controlled Labs White PUMP !!!

Huge shout out to Controlled Labs for giving me the opportunity to log their White Pump product! I have loved every CL product I have tried, so I am sure this product won't disappoint me.

Background

Controlled Labs gave me the opportunity to log this product, and I received the product a few months ago. Due to some personal issues, I am finally getting a chance to crack open the product and log it. This is great timing, as I am coming to the end of my cutting and need a little extra motivation to shed a few more pounds! I will be taking White Pump during every workout, along with either White Flood Reborn (lemon) or C4 (Pineapple). I am currently sitting at about 6', 180 lbs, and would like to get down to 175 lbs before I start to bulk again.

Training

I have been doing 5/3/1 as my routine for about 1 year, and it has been great. I am currently battling some knee discomfort, so I am taking it easy on some lower body exercises. I will be lifting 3-4 days a week, depending on when I am able to get to the gym. Pumps have been lacking, and motivation is starting to decrease a bit, so hopefully White Pump is exactly what I need!

Review

So my first workout with White Pump was obviously chest day! Took 1 scoop of White Pump with 1 scoop of Pineapple C4. Wow was a I blown away!

Taste: 9
This went extremely well with the pineapple C4! The drink was delicious, and it mixed very well. I was afraid it would be overpowering and sweet, but it was not. I'll have to try White Pump alone for a workout to determine the real taste rating

Pumps: 10
Pumps were unbelievable! I hadn't even finished benching and my chest pumps were greater than they had been since I started 5/3/1 a year ago! This is exactly what I need for my workouts

Workout: 10
Had the best chest workout I have had in a long time. The incredible pumps definitely helped with energy levels and motivation, so I was able to push myself much harder than usual.

Overall I am very impressed with this product. I have never used a supplement marketed towards just increased pumps, but I may need to start doing so! Thanks again CL, and I'm looking forward to logging this product!

Yesterday was another upper body day, back and light chest. I wasn't going to be able to go to the gym after work, and I had skipped the previous day, so I decided to go before work at 5:30am. This was definitely the best early morning workout I have had. It usually takes me a while to warm up in the morning, and pumps are usually hard to come across.

Taste: 9
Taste was still great. Mixed it again with pineapple C4. Soon I'll try it with lemon white flood reborn, which should taste great too! I wish I had some of the pineapple white flood reborn right now, I have heard great things about the taste!

Pump: 8
Pump wasn't amazing, but they never are for me in the morning. Pump was still much better than usual for a morning workout, and I was impressed. Definitely helped with motivation in the gym.

Workout: 9
Overall it was one of my best morning workouts, but I'm still not used to working out in the morning and still have much better afternoon workouts. Hopefully I'll become more used to it and can do it more often. White Pump definitely helped with this morning workout, and filled in some gaps that were previously lacking. I am still very impressed with this new product, great job CL!

Yesterday was a leg day, with the focus on deadlifts. I had about 2.5 hours to kill at the gym, so I had a great workout and great stretching afterwards!

Taste: 10
Mixed White Pump with White Flood Reborn lemonade and man, this was great! I preferred it more than mixing the White Pump with pineapple c4, even though they are both the same flavor. I have to mix it with more water than with just the preworkout, which is to be expected, but I find myself sipping on it during the first 15 minutes or so of my workout.

Pumps were great. Usually I hate when my back gets pumped too much on deadlifts, as it is usually uncomfortable. That wasn't the case with the White pump.

Workout: 10
Best leg day I have had in a while. Switched up some things, as well as added a killer lunge routine. Usually after this leg workout just my back, glutes, and hamstrings are sore. This time, every muscle in my legs are sore! So far I have had some awesome workouts using White Pump with my preworkouts.

Yesterday was upper body day, chest and light back/arms. I had 2 hours to kill at the gym this time, so plenty of time to get a great workout in and have some killer pumps!

Taste: 10
Mixed 1 scoop White Pump with 1 scoop of lemon white flood reborn. Tasted amazing again! May have to do this mixture every time. I have been using about 16 oz of water, which is perfect.

Pump: 10
Amazing upper body pump this workout! Chest, back, arms all felt massive. Vascularity was much better as well.

Workout: 10
This was another awesome workout. I have had nothing but great workouts while using White Pump. Energy levels were high, pump was amazing, motivation was high, and strength was high. Even though I'm cutting, when compared to last week, most of my lifts stayed the same or improved.

So far I am extremely satisfied with this product, and I would recommend it to anyone, as I would recommend all CL products.

Back day was Saturday. I have been slacking on the gym lately, not getting there nearly as much as I would like to. Part of it has to do with my puppy being sick the last few days. Anyway, still had a great workout Saturday, I felt weaker than normal and it could be due to lack of sleep and lower calorie intake.

Taste: 10
Did the usual, 1 scoop White Pump with 1 scoop White Flood Reborn lemon. Awesome taste and consistency! Wish I could sip on it all workout!

Pump: 10
Awesome pump, which is usually the case for back day.

Workout: 8
The workout was pretty good, I felt a little weaker than normal which I'm sure was just from lack of sleep and not eating as much. I only had about 70 minutes to spend at the gym, so I was able to knock everything out quickly and didn't waste any time. If I didn't take the White Pump and White Flood, this would have definitely been a terrible workout!

Alright, it's been a while since I updated this log. I have been on vacations/traveling the last couple of weeks, so I took some time off from the gym. Now that I am back, I will be bulking again and I switched to a push, pull, legs routine. Saturday was my first push day.

Taste: 10
This will always be a 10 if I am mixing it with lemon white flood reborn. Delicious!

Pump: 8
I felt very weak this workout after having so much time off from the gym. This affected the pump too, and my motivation. I'm sure it will get better once I get into a routine again.

Again, felt very weak this workout. I love the new workout and the exercises I am doing, so I'm sure I will have a great time on this workout and should make some great gains, especially using white pump!
