    Help with my diet?

I'm 5'11 and weight about 148 lbs. Was trying to reach 3000 calories with this meal and could use some advice on how to do so, possibly with some positive changes to it as well. Purpose is to gain weight.

    Breakfast:
    oatmeal (brown sugar) - 170
    2 eggs - 130
    5 white eggs - 85
    cup of 2% milk - 122

    Snack:
    cup of 2% Greek yogurt - 140
    piece of fruit - 70

    Lunch:
cup of brown rice - 215
salad (lettuce and tomatoes) - 67
chicken breast or steak - 260 or 277

    Snack:
    Yam - 118
    Banana - 89
    cup of 2% milk - 122

    Dinner - Same as lunch

I'm not too knowledgeable about protein powders but I've had recommendation on the AllMax Isoflex, would really appreciate any suggestion on which one to buy. Once I do, I will start to incorporate it into my diet.

I'm fairly new to having a dedicated meal plan and I'm not too sure if I have the right amounts of protein, fats, and carbs.

Everyything seems fine - if you need more calories then add peanut butter to your snacks. If you could post calories and macros per meal (and post in the right section) you will get more help.

You don't HAVE to use protein powder, however it is helpful. Cellucor is the best tasting, while optimum nutrition is one of the cheaoest. It depends how much you want to pay for taste.

Oh this is not the right section of the forum? Where would I need to post it?
    Thanks for the help
