    So everything has been going well. Training, work, eating disorder, school! Time to get into serious mode though. Senior trip is right around the corner and panama here I come.

    Macros have been:
    1500 cals
    <30 cals
    100 g protein
    Fat to satiety

    Training split:
    Butt, Hams, Calves Cardio, Abs
    Chest, Shoulders, Tris
    Back, Bis, Cardio, Abs
    Quads, Butt, Calves
    Back, Shoulder, Tris, Cardio, Abs

    Will now be logging my workout daily/bi weekly. Will be attempting to log my macros/food log daily.

    Summer 2015, Im coming for you! Also, I am participating in reddit's BTFC if yall wanna cheer me on!
    Competing this August with the NPC.

    Hey Kayla I'm doing keto myself but I'm struggling to keep the % of fat I eat above the protein %. Any advice?

    Percentages do not matter.

    Protein is a goal that you must meet every day. 1 gram per pound of lean mass.
    Carbs are a limit. I try to go as low as can go.
    Fat is to satiety. You do not have to meet this goal. You only eat it when you are hungry.

    Shoutout from the South y'all.

    On a serious note. Ketoing for tenish days, skd style but due to the ed, if I want an oreo, I use it as TKD, just to you know not have bulimia. It's been smooth sailing with the ed. Macros as of today are changing to

    1100 cals
    110 protein
    less than 50 carbs
    fill the rest with fat

    I am in a contest to get to 15 percent bodyfat by april 22. If I do so, I get free training for the next year.

    Current Stats:
    still female
    still 5'3''
    129-131lbs
    17-18%bf measured by calipers. Dexa comes in may.

    Wish me luck yall. Im kicking butt in my workouts. BTW, I got four jobs, I can't get, I can't get tired...but I am..
