    I have tried before, but I still can't get passed 185 for one. I also have a slight back rounding issue, nothing major, but- maybe its time for a belt? Or should I practice deficit deadlifts for now? Also, stay tuned for a deadlift vid.

    In regards to your DL, I'd lower the weight, and get the form spot on before moving onto the more stressful weights. I spent a couple of weeks at a very low weight before I moved on, so that I didn't learn poor habits.

    One thing I learned is that if I start with my shins a little closer to the bar, and kind of sit back a little bit, it allows me to really drive the DL upward. I'd say that lowering the weight and practicing the form would help ya' out

    EDIT: Also, it looks like your back is somewhat rounded.

    I knew about the back, and the reps...that's my secret! I have been hanging around a 135-150 deadlift trying to work on form. I guess I need to be more patient. Thank you!

    As you can see, I workout in my living room and kitchen, no real means to leg press, but I can fit those in on my deadlift day- I have gym access on that day! And I actually feel ham activation in goodmornings!

    Totally forgot about that, lol!

    Well, I guess you're making do fairly well. You could always throw a bunch of plates onto your couch and leg press the couch XD

    Not saying that Goodmornings aren't useful for hamstring growth, just that I don't like them Lately, I've been treating my hamstrings like my biceps, and doing hanging hamstring curls.

    I have to confess that I've never seen anyone squat in their kitchen. Using the counters as a rack was actually quite ingenious.
