Thank you, Leogar, and anyone else who does what it is you gentlemen do, Ramsey. It allows me to do what I want to. And I do respect cops, too. Even if I had runs in with some as I said here before, I do love the law. it keeps bad men away from my and anyone else's children.

More of a rump roast man myself.
But gonna grill after the rain stops I hate the summer rain here should have it all done 2 hours depending how long rain lasts. Myself I'm having a rare porterhouse, 2 chicken breasts and 4-6 ribs, 2 twice baked potatoes and okra and piece cornbread maybe. Not eaten all day.
Rain better not put damper on cooking plans shortlyBLM (Brock Lesnar Matters)

I'm afraid I had some bad news, that some need it to be well done!!!!!! Picky american brahs I swear. Now my family wants to be food critics.

We pulled back into port some days ago and Pearl Harbor is jammed-packed full of ships right now for this summer's RIMPAC evolutions (Pacific Rim... yes it's real but not so Comic-Con or SCI-FI like the movie). Japan, Norway, Chile, Austrailia, France and several American ships from San Diego all scheduled to take part for deployment next week. Fireworks display and a 21 gun salute scheduled for later this evening and I think that 3 Doors Down was slated to perform this evening at the closest open park! Gonna be alot of shenanigans going on tonight and I'm on call as Designated Driver ! LOL
B movies for this afternoon/evening:
Resevior Dogs
Fight Club
American Pyscho
Spun
Natural Born Killers
Monster
And on the edge of my seat waiting for this one to be released:
And hoping Wesley Snipes will get off his azz and get signed for or produce a Miles Davis movie!STRENGTH AND HONOR

If it's browned, no red/pink left...it's overcooked, and it's no good. TO ME!
So you take yours cooked rare to medium rare (cool to warm red center or warm red center with a firm-ish texture?) more or less?
I enjoy mine a little below rare, not black and blue, but I guess very rare where it's very pink on the inside, and wobbly texture. Overall very bloody.
If I left the steaks on after the grill ran out of gas, then they may've cooked to standard rare...that's pushing it. No way could've reached medium rare or medium, medium well... But I hate on everything beyond medium rare as being too firm, and not as enjoyable.
Another thing about steak that I don't get is smothering it in steaksauce. My brother before when he ate meat, he like drowned it in that stuff growing up, where you taste the sauce, not the meat. Might as well give him a ground beef pattie if you're going to do that stupid chit, just IMO.BLM (Brock Lesnar Matters)

I prefer mine to be rare, but can eat medium rare. Once it's cooked to medium or warmer it just loses taste IMO.
Eating a filet mignon later tonight. It will be cool in the middle with a nice blackened sear on the outside.
In terms of sauce it depends on the type of steak for me. For instance, I'll use some sauce on my filet tonight, but i'll never use any sauce on a ribeye. Filets are very tender but they do lack some flavor since there's no marbling.| ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄|

Have you ever had a rare steak?
Cooking beef longer reduces the fat content and vitamins in the meat which decreases the flavor. For every cut of steak, the rarer the cook, the more flavorful it is.
I get some people don't like the bloodiness of a rare steak, but you can reduce that by letting it sit for a good 7-8 minutes after taking it off the grill and wrapping it in tin foil. My mom always asks for a well done steak and I swear there's almost no difference between what she ends up getting and beef jerky.| ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄|
