Was there a better WM21 promo than this one?
The Taker Dirty Harry was lolzy too, for different reasons, but Angle really was amazing. TAP!!!!

Nice, not seeing my folks again probably until Thanksgiving.Gotta meet my mom for a drink in an hour, I'll likely order a vodka and cranberry....tall, ice and lime wedge. I put effort into seeing my loved ones lately.

I somehow missed your post about the gerbil tank. They'll love that, they need a deep base for digging.
My bf has tonsillitis and we haven't been able to kiss for four days. It's killing me.
Talking of killing people, today I learned the most dangerous animal in the UK is the humble cow. This is because a) cows live in fields here and b) the countryside is criss-crossed with footpaths that often pass through these fields. They are known to stampede lone dog walkers and trample them to death.**** Atheist Alliance ****

My thing is reptiles now, but I keep gerbils, few hamsters. But these I'd never use as prey.
I like my russian tortoises, box turtles and crusted geckos mostly, haven't gone snake yet. I need the right enclosure.
I don't do much anything tropical fish these days.

It was the time my grandfather was dying of pancreatic cancer, I went strictly raw vegan and started running alot, full of goals and hopes that had to do with running, juicing (not the cell tech type duh) and being father of the year. When grandpa was dying, my brother and his wife who were truly beautiful people at the time turned me onto that whole lifestyle. It like a lot of things with me did not last.

Yes we do. They're called teapots and pigs in a blanket.
No clue what these are.
You better not.
I was about to neg both of you for making me wait so long. Pretty sure you still have to wrap up your Mick Foley list.

Pigs in blankets are sausages wrapped in bacon. Sausage rolls are sausages wrapped in pastry. They're entirely different. A teapot isn't a kettle either.
It's amazing that both countries claim to speak the same language. I'm sitting here wearing my trousers eating crisps, with a **** in one hand**** Atheist Alliance ****

Nope-kettles are what you boil water in, then you pour the water into a teapot that has teabags in it-leaving it to stew before serving. Although most here like myself either just boil a kettle or saucepan on the gas & put the teabag direct into a cup before pouring the water on-the former is something done more by posh or older people.
Kinder Eggs were huge back in the 1980's even though the adverts were really weird/creepy-basically a chocolate egg with the selling point being a small toy inside the egg.

You dip your sausages in maple syrup?!
Kinder Eggs are still very popular, although you don't really have to build the toys any more, which was the best part.**** Atheist Alliance ****

I feel sorry for the kids in this modern era-no chance of having a possible choking hazard in their sweets-remember Spangles? I nearly chocked on those fockers a few times, Cola Balls that contained lead, aluminum or whatever in them. Cartoons were educational rather than the gibbering nonsense we have seen the last 20 odd years etc & the safety adverts that used to go out at Midday leading into the cartoons that would never happen today.

My mum always used to have a tin of it in the cupboard-green coloured, think it was Tate & Lyle. Aunt Jamima? We have Uncle Ben or Uncle Tom as I like to call him & The Man From Del Monte as our ludicrous racial stereotypes. We used to have Gollywogs on the Robinsons Jam Jars until thankfully they & the Black & White Minstrel shows were banned.

That stuff in the green tin was golden syrup, not maple syrup. Maple syrup is essentially tree sap. It's really expensive here and only comes in glass bottles, never plastic ones, at least none that I've seen. Imported direct from Canada.

Oh yeah, there's a difference. Maple syrup is in those glass, liquor like bottles. In fact, when my mom used to bring it home when I was a kid, I thought it was scotch or brandy at first and I'd get excited.
Cause yunno, I liked to drink liquor as a child. What child didn't?BLM (Brock Lesnar Matters)
