This product use to have 5. then 2.5. and now it has 2,000 mg nitrate blend. Im confused i have no problem with blends usually except when it involves creatine. I been taking just assuming it's around 1-2g of creatine but idk exactly. I been taking 4-5g universal monohydrate on top of it. Idk if i should be stacking it like that or not.
Long story short how much creatine is their in this product? wanna know so i over work my kidney's.

The new Assault has 1g of CRE-3 (Creatine Nitrate) per serving, which is equivelant to 5g of Creatine Monohydrate. Keep that in mind when adding additional Creatine.

As far as I know there are no studies that indicate creatine nitrate is any more effective than mono, nor is there any reason to believe 1 gram of creatine nitrate would be equivalent to 5 grams of mono...Originally Posted by joodabop
