Ok fine. Here's some lifting vids from last night:
Sumos and Conv, my current 3rm is 375lbs.

I'm trying to:
> Figure out how to properly use my belt on deadlift, since it should be helping during the slowest part of the lift.

Phone call? they have a # listed http://www.inzernet.com/customer_support.asp
Otherwise have you tried the general sales[at]inzernet.com. I know most automated confirmations addresses like that are <no-reply>, but since no where in the email is it stated, you might want to give it a shot? If the email is kicked back or you don't get a reply then go usps.

Some squats from yesterday. Any and all form critiques are appreciated. Weight was 168 yesterday.
290*2
320*1
The video makes it seem easier than it felt, but I definitely feel like i had another rep or two. My previous 1rm from November was 325, so I think I can definitely put up another god 10-15lbs now.ig: @monkaycrak

Hey hoping I could get some advice ITT,
I've been on stronglifts and properly bulking for the past 2 months but feel like I have made very little progress.
Ive gained around 6 pounds and have really only made good progress on deadlifts:
Squats: 185 to 195
Bench Press: 115 to 115 (No progress)
OHP: 75 to 80
Deadlift:225 to 265
Im thinking that maybe the progression scheme is to aggresive for me, I really dont want to be spinning my wheels constantly switching routines, but I feel like i could make much better progress on another program.
Should I just be patient and keep on doing stronglifts? Or look for an alternative... I was looking into greyskull LP and Izzy's PTW novice program... any suggestions?

Are you a noob? If so that isn't very good progress if you're truly in a surplus that's not a routine for you but honestly at those numbers you should progress on any routine
