my orthopedic friend had back pain throughout his 20's. he found out that the source of it was due to his hamstrings being so tight or something. you might talk to an orthopedist and see if there's something you can do or take to relax the muscles in the arm enough for them to come back to balance and then rehab them or something...
if it sounds confusing, it may surprise you to know i'm not a doctor. but that's my 'understanding' of it...

Correct me if I'm mistaken, but you said my left side was more developed than my right?
Tight glutes/hamstrings typically lead to lower back pain, from what I remember reading. I'm not sure if there are things contributing to the imbalance in forearm development though. Perhaps preference of a dominant side?My Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169516313

for whatever reason one day my avi changed to this. i had uploaded this ages ago when i thought i'd rotate through some avis, but then decided i loved the scarf too much.
anyhow a lot of people said they liked it more, so i'm leaving it up for awhile.
i liked my headband because it was a little more subtle way of letting people know not to take me seriously...this one is more on the nose...Domicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

I very rarely post outside my log anymore, lol.
If I lay around a lot my joints tend to get stiff and achy, mostly in my lower back. In the mornings it takes me a while to loosen up if I get over 6 hours.
I think it'll even out eventually for me. Strength is pretty even and the variance could also be due to lighting. My Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169516313
