    Fruit... How much is too much

    Hey guys I'm gonna start by saying I eat a lot of fruit, obviously. So I was wondering is say 4 apples and 2 bananas or whatever far too much in a day? It's my favourite foods other than chicken so just lemme know if I should cut back.

    obviously...

    too much of anything is when you cannot meet your protein and fat minimums while hitting your target calories for the day.

    unless there are other reasons that eating said food in said quantities has bad consequences.

    Completely depends on your activity levels/macros/goals/etc.

    That said, the amount you listed seems perfectly reasonable.
