It's made of people.
"The Scots invented everything - the Thermos flask, the television set, the Venetian blind, the Irish jig, the Norwegian wood, the Dutch cap, the French letter-"
"The Jewish New Year?"
"And that. Also the Welsh harp, Kentucky Fried Chicken, New York, New York-"
"It's a wonderful town."
"The Greek Tragedy, the Roman Holiday and the Turkish Delight. Not to mention the American Pie."
"The American Pie?"
"I told y' not to mention that."

I made a thread about this last week or so, didn't get any serious responses. I don't think anyone here has experience with it.
I ordered some, unfortunately it takes 10 weeks on your first order so it hasn't come in yet. Definitely interested in what it will offer. Much easier alternative then going "I don't want to cook. I'll make soylent instead of ordering a pizza" which seems to be a trap I fall in when I don't grocery shop.
I think it has a lot of potential, but we'll see

Yeah especially when it comes to vegetables. I don't like cooking them at all.
With my macros, I could have 3 of these shakes without the fish oil (1,800 cals total with 3 protein scoops) and then finish my day off with some turkey breast or eggs, whatever kind of protein I want and I'm golden. Too easy and I'm all for that

people say it's a supplement? we already got fukin protein shakes.
here's a review from an engineer
"PERSONAL DATA
As for myself, I came across some problems. My original mixture gave me 1550 kcal/day. I hypothesized that "caloric restriction" had health benefits and that the human body could survive on fewer "higher quality" calories. I now consider that a failed hypothesis. After 30 days I exhausted my reserves of fat and started to feel hungry, lose weight and muscle mass, and my gym performance regressed. I ran some numbers and decided to increase my intake to 2629 kcal/day. I quickly put the weight back on, my chest and arms filled out, and I felt much healthier. My mixture now has 409g of carbohydrates, 65g of fat, and 102g of protein. I also stopped running 7 miles, which is really unnecessary and potentially harmful to the heart and joints. I just do 3.14 mi, which is quite easy, and weights, making sure I maintain the ability to easily benchpress my weight. That's good enough. I'm an engineer, not an athlete, but I like having the option to bulk up if I wanted to."

Yeah but it has wayyyy more nutrients in it than a protein shake does.
That engineer sounds like a moron. Hypothesizing that the body could survive on fewer, but "higher quality" calories? That's like saying my car should go 400 miles on 1 gallon of high quality gas, but only 20 on regular 88...potatohead.jpg
