the greens i have is fine. its for a month not a year. theres quite a bit of fat in the syntha 6 and labrada plus whatever i get from fish oil

For those unaware from my other thread,

so, as the title says, this will be an almost all supplement diet to cut. Last time I dieted strict in terms of consistency, I had lost 60 lbs eating a lot of fast food and a lot of junk food overall and I loved it. To spice things up and give myself a challenge, I figured this time I would do it with entirely supplements. Occasionally I will eat a small meal but it will be very light and milk will be used for my protein shakes, aside from that it will literally be all supplements for protein, fat, carbs, vitamins, literally everything. My last diet proved to any doubters of mine that thought you couldn't eat fast food and lose weight, well now lets show that you can get in shape with strictly supplements, as well as silencing things like "your body cant use them its not natural" or "they are going to harm x/y body part" etc. I dont know how much I need to lose I would guess around 30-40 lbs this go around. Below are my supplements that I have for now, I will update the pics as I go on and will take weekly pics of my progress. I will not be recording my workouts or anything but I will commentate on them and I will mainly be discussing how I feel and just saying whatever I feel like.

Well, you should get a full blood panel beforehand and after your grand ordeal.
You should also monitor/track your sleep/training.
You really intend to diet without tracking your performance? Common brah.. It'll be like throwing away time spent training throughout your life without reason.

Where are most of your calories going to be coming from? Carb sups? Whey?
I don't know why people are saying you're only going to ingest around 600 calories. You can easily achieve your calorie goals with whey, carb sups, mass gain sups. How many cals you cutting on?

i weighed myself this morning im 194. my weight is a bit misleading because I am strictly top heavy I have zero legs (injuries) so that takes off quite a bit of weight. Me at 150-160 is really like 170. Plus luckily my arms (when I am in shape) give off the illusion of being a lot bigger than I really am.

I will list my diet and will do all of that thats fine. I dont really care for my performance I honestly just force myself to lift I hate it srs. If I do good that day then I do good if not then ok.

As for bloods, bloods do no good in this expirement. I am overweight to hell right now and out of shape so my bloods would just be whatever or not too good simply because of the fact that I am out of shape. Losing weight is HEALTH SPARING, losing weight alone (this is a common effect and happens everytime I cut) will lower my bp (which is already low to begin with but when I am lean it stays at 100/60 even with tons of stims) lower cholesterol, etc. The only way blood work would be a good answer to the "health effects" to this would be from maintaining my weight and getting pre and post bloods but while maintaining. Because weight loss or weight gain will not screw up the result.

thanks man I was actually lifting at that time. I havent lifted in months consistently lol. From the shakes of course. I would estimate around 1500 or so but I will know as I go through it.
