Well, you should get a full blood panel beforehand and after your grand ordeal.
You should also monitor/track your sleep/training.

Where are most of your calories going to be coming from? Carb sups? Whey?
I don't know why people are saying you're only going to ingest around 600 calories. You can easily achieve your calorie goals with whey, carb sups, mass gain sups. How many cals you cutting on?Never bypass sensors. The mods will get you.

i weighed myself this morning im 194. my weight is a bit misleading because I am strictly top heavy I have zero legs (injuries) so that takes off quite a bit of weight. Me at 150-160 is really like 170. Plus luckily my arms (when I am in shape) give off the illusion of being a lot bigger than I really am.
I will list my diet and will do all of that thats fine. I dont really care for my performance I honestly just force myself to lift I hate it srs. If I do good that day then I do good if not then ok.
As for bloods, bloods do no good in this expirement. I am overweight to hell right now and out of shape so my bloods would just be whatever or not too good simply because of the fact that I am out of shape. Losing weight is HEALTH SPARING, losing weight alone (this is a common effect and happens everytime I cut) will lower my bp (which is already low to begin with but when I am lean it stays at 100/60 even with tons of stims) lower cholesterol, etc. The only way blood work would be a good answer to the "health effects" to this would be from maintaining my weight and getting pre and post bloods but while maintaining. Because weight loss or weight gain will not screw up the result.
even if it were longer itd still be fine.
dont need to ill be getting enough fat from the shakes and what not.
thanks man I was actually lifting at that time. I havent lifted in months consistently lol. From the shakes of course. I would estimate around 1500 or so but I will know as I go through it.
