For those unaware from my other thread,
so, as the title says, this will be an almost all supplement diet to cut. Last time I dieted strict in terms of consistency, I had lost 60 lbs eating a lot of fast food and a lot of junk food overall and I loved it. To spice things up and give myself a challenge, I figured this time I would do it with entirely supplements. Occasionally I will eat a small meal but it will be very light and milk will be used for my protein shakes, aside from that it will literally be all supplements for protein, fat, carbs, vitamins, literally everything. My last diet proved to any doubters of mine that thought you couldn't eat fast food and lose weight, well now lets show that you can get in shape with strictly supplements, as well as silencing things like "your body cant use them its not natural" or "they are going to harm x/y body part" etc. I dont know how much I need to lose I would guess around 30-40 lbs this go around. Below are my supplements that I have for now, I will update the pics as I go on and will take weekly pics of my progress. I will not be recording my workouts or anything but I will commentate on them and I will mainly be discussing how I feel and just saying whatever I feel like. So I will be starting today, the delay was because I had to go on a trip for school then I went on vaca with my gf and we fly back today which means I will be starting today. I will take the before pic when I get home tonight (i have no supps or anything with me I just wont eat untiul then) and it will go from there in the actual log.
