Well yet again Im starting ANOTHER weight loss thread.....
I used to train well between the age of 17-21 fell off the bandwagon for a few years after starting working night shifts until I turned 23 and made a huge effort to diet down to 172lbs in just under 10 months. I did 2 bulk up and cut down cycles and ended up a decent 200ish lbs.
I started a bulk up again about 2.5 years ago and guess what??? It went nuts.....
I had started a new job, renovating a house and losing interest has let me eat myself back into a mess.... 268LBS
Ill throw a few progress pics up and uses this as a log of my weight loss AGAIN.

Probably wasn't easy to post that huh bruh? Congrats on being honest, time to go to work. Im sorry but for you to make you it you gotta make it your priority for the next couple of months. You can be back to being lean in 4 months period. Just remember, buckle down and do this now and be much happier with your life. If you fail or come up with an excuse you gonna be back to posting these threads over and over and over again for years to come. And if you do finally make it, you gonna hate yourself for wasting your young years looking like ****.

Yeah it's not a great feeling posting pics when I was in decent shape compared to now tbf.
I'm looking to diet for approx 6 months targeting 14-15st to start with. I'm not looking to be "lean" as this is not maintainable for me. I want to be sub. 15% BF. And strong shape again.
I'll keep the pics and blog updates coming helps me stay focused.
