Seriously, if you twerps are going to accuse don't just throw out the entire cupboard of goodies, its embarassing. There are a ton of receptors in the delts and traps and that's why those two areas blow up when you start supplementing. The synth talk isn't even worth it, he's too young for that and a physique guy. Good work with that you wouldn't be able to tell if used or not and bad work would be obvious. No obvious signs. Delts are a common location to place supplements because of the size of the muscle. It helps to move around the location of supplementation.




Sam, two questions:

1. Is Shelby Starnes now a 360 Cut sponsored athlete? I saw a video of his that had 360cut at the bottom of it.

2. Are you supplementing year round or do you allow the creatine to clear your system when not trying to come in full for a photo shoot / comp?
