MaxOut and White Flood Reborn are my choices for higher stim/more energy. MaxOut also has an awesome focus aspect to it that's pretty unique. For lower stim/pumps, I like Hemavol, White Pump, or Caffeine Free Focus XT. It just depends on what you want/need for your workout. All of these products will deliver something different.

It also all depends on what you're looking to get out of taking a preworkout supplement. I work primarily out at home and also work a lot of night shifts so i've needed a pre for both focus AND energy. Some of my favs have been K-otic by all american EFX, soon to be replaced by their new pre, Freak Maker Shock. K-otic was great for energy and had a fairly decent focus factor in it. SHOCK is to provide even more focus, energy, and pump than K-otic did, so looking forward to that coming out. others I've had great result from are Ritual by ANS, Nuerosurg, Hyde from ProSupps, and Vortex.

A good Planet Fitness pre is cheesecake


I dont recommend a stimulant pre before heavy cardio type workouts, so if that is your at home routine I would go with a stim free preworkout.

I would opt for a bcaa if training fasted. Dose prior and during workout. - Nutrabolics anabolic state is my go to

Or look into tsn cardio igniter which aids in endurance training

As PC mentioned stims and heavy cardio don't mix well

A scoop of NanoVapor would provide a boost. The yohimbe in it could be an issue. I find that yohimbe before strenuous cardio raises my heart rate a lot quicker.
