I am at 4.6% body fat and no 6 pack. How is this possible?

so you think a six pack comes solely from loosing body fat? what's your routine like? have you been on a cut? what was your bulk weight? By looking at your avi, seems you don't have the build to carry a six pack yet. I'd spend the next 6 months on heavy compound and adding some lean mass before undergoing a controlled cut on a calorie deficit diet. I've met so many, with admirable intentions, who think by loosing body fat, they'll suddenly increase abdominal mass and have a protruding six pack. only then to realise, like any muscle, if you don't have the mass then reducing fat won't do much in terms of aesthetics.
What is your diet like and abs routine?

You haven't posted your height. How many measurements did you take to determine it? It looks like you haven't trained your abs at all. For that matter, if you're going by the assumption that lower body compounds are all that's needed to train abs (aside from lower body-fat), then it looks like you haven't done that either. Are you referring to the commonplace folklore that abs are made in the kitchen?
Why are you under the impression that it's impossible given your unlikely BF% measurement?
