Hey guys this is my progress for 4 months. I did around 30 min of weights and 30 min of cardio 5 days a week. I managed to shed 30 pounds and gained a little bit of muscle.

Hey thanks alot. For diet I didn't really have a plan I just ate clean foods and kept it under 400 cal a meal 3X a day with some snacks in between. Whole grain bread,pasta and cereal, eggs, lean meat, lots of salad, nuts and a couple of fruits. I didn't eat any sweets for like 3 months. For the exercise part I worked out 1-2 body parts a day, 4 exercises per body part each with 3 sets, 8-15 reps using mostly dumbbells 5 days a week. I'm sad to admit it but I actually followed the Brad Pitt/ Tyler Durdan workout for pop workouts I used to think his Physique was the **** until I learned little bit about bodybuilding . I also fast walked everyday 2-3 miles or cycled 10 miles and managed to lose 2 pounds a week, reaching my goal. Now I need to put on some more mass in my arms, calves, shoulders, chest.
