Hey guys, this will be my workout log of all my workouts between now and December which is start of wrestling season. I will try to update it daily with what I do so I can keep track of it. As of right now i'm 5 foot 8 and 162 pounds and 15% body fat. The goal is to cut down the body fat to 8-9% while maintaining the 160 pound mark. I will not be posting any nutrition stuff but rather just my workouts from day to day. some days i will have 2 workouts.

Practice #1
5:30-6:30 am morning lift
2 mile run
2 rounds of
50 sit-ups
20 plyo jumps
20 pushups
20 v ups
60 second wall sit
10 pull-ups
I was feeling lazy this morning so I did 2 rounds instead of 4. It broke a nice sweat and I felt good afterwards.
workout #2 7:30pm-9pm
5x8 squat 115 pounds
5x10 military press barbell 45 pounds
5x10 bench press 115 pounds
5x8 deadlift 95 pounds
3x10 leg extension 95 pounds
3x10 leg curls 95 pounds
3x10 bicep curls 45 pounds
3x10 dips
3x10 triceps extension
This was a good workout. I had not been in the gym for 2 months so it was a good workout to get back into the habit. I will go to the gym about 3x a week to do full body workouts.

SO today i went to the gym to do some lifting.
Squat 3x10 95 pounds,1x10 105 pounds,1x10 115 pounds
incline bench press 5x10 95 pounds
barbell shoulder press 5x6 75 pounds
Deadlift N/A taken whole time
bicep curl 3x10 55 pounds slayer bar
triceps extension 3x10 35 pounds
dips 3x10
lunges 2x25 steps with 45 pounds
leg curls 3x10 155 pounds (don't think numbers on machine are accurate)
leg extension 3x10 95 pounds
Today was a good lift in the afternoon. I went out with freinds tonight and ate candy/burger with fries so it was my cheat day

So today me and my buddy went to the gym to lift. It was a lot like yesterdays lift but..
shoulder press 5x10x80
chest press machine 4x10x130
rowing machine 4x10x80
bench press 4x10x115
back extension 3x20
bicep curls 4x15
TOday was a good day i ate well and stuff. It was also a cheat day, ate a medium bbq chicken by myself.
