Agree with you that negativity kills performance and to stay positive, engage in regular physical activities and follow nutritive meal plan. Share your problems with your pals and family, accept the things you cannot change and try not to worry.

I find positivity and really being your own best friend helps immensely don't beat yourself up over mistakes or failures everyone who has ever gotten anywhere has made plenty of mistakes and failed plenty of times the key is to accept them, learn from them and not use them to fuel depression.
