3rd squat looked great. Think you just got off balance on the 2nd one? seems like you definitely had more in you, but probably a good call to retake the weight rather than risk only getting your 1st attempt.
Do you know what you got redlighted on for your 3rd bench? butt lift I assume? Either way very strong bench.
Lol da fuk did they red-light your 1st DL for? setting it down too hard? I noticed you set it down much gentler on your 2nd and 3rd attempts with a look like "is that soft enough for you now?"
Great performance overall. What kind of programming do you follow?Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Thanks.
I just pitched too far forward in the hole on my third squat attempt. I just went full retard on it somehow. A friend advised me to go up cause he knew what happened but I didn't want to be stuck with my opener. My red light on bench was according to the judges "too shaky", they were being super strict on their bench calls if it wasn't 100% smooth it was red lighted. And yes the first deadlift attempt was red lighted for being set down too hard. So I was kinda a dick after that and made a huge point to set it down very gently lol. But as far a programming goes, I follow 5/3/1 and add in joker sets, and paused bench, paused squats, and sumo deadlifts as back down sets for "accessories". But thanks man, i appreciate the time you put into to watching and asking!Curret Best Meet Lifts

wow, that's definitely some strict as judging. Bench was "too shaky"? Set down DL "too hard" (even though it wasn't dropped?!?) that's some BS in my opinion....
How long have you been running 5/3/1 for if you don't mind me asking? I ran the "standard" version with bodybuilding accessory for awhile when I first got into strength training. It really helped my squat and DL, but didn't really do anything for my bench.
You're a strong ass dude! Good stuff.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.
