What a huge post workout mistake this has been!

As I posted a few weeks ago, I have added some junk food to my post workout meals. In addition to gatorade powder and whey, I have had sugary cereal and such. One thing I was having was Oatmeal Cream Pies. HUGE MISTAKE! Just one of these suckers has a whopping 14 grams of fat (3.5 saturated, who knows how many trans) 52 Grams of carbs, and only 3 grams of protein. My objective was to add about 50-60 grams of carbs to the 50-60 I get from the gatorade powder. I guess I will just stick to cereal.
If you always talk about how you could be in great shape if you just worked out and ate right, why don't you just work out and eat right?

If you want more carbs than the 50 you get from gatorade powder, just add MORE gatorade powder. Most cereal still has a little bit a fat as well as fiber, and both will slow down the digestion of the protein.
