    16 weeks out and in need of advice

    Ok so I'm officially 16 weeks out of a show....my second show but my first time in figure. I've definitely built muscle and size since last October when I was in bikini and am happy with that. Just started a cut the day after memorial day and had a bit if a blowout meal last nite....big mistake, I know. So as of this morning I was 130 (was 127 on wednesday morning).
    I have a HUGE favor to ask. I took New pictures tonite and I can't upload them on this thread, I tried. PLEASE, SOMEONE, go to my bodyspace and look at the New gallery pics. What body fat do you think I currently am (just curious, I know the number doesn't matter) and do you think I can cut down enough in 16 weeks?
    Any advice or thoughts? A huge thank you in advance

    More time would be better, but I think 16 weeks seems feasible. You are already fairly lean. You may just want to start out on the more aggressive side of dieting so you are not sprinting towards the finish line at the end.

    Yeah right now I'm eating 1600 calories per day and will see where that leads me. I can drop weight pretty fast if I don't mess up. I went from 124 to 116 in 5 weeks this past October for a bikini show...long story on why the short prep happened

    16 weeks is plenty of time at your current bf%.

    You can get lean in 16 weeks but you aren't going to be big enough IMO still for figure. A 8 month bulk is still going to leave you pretty small when everything is cut. Good thing is you didn't go off the rails and your BF % isn't too high.
