Finally after almost 15 months of cutting I'm very happy to say I've almost made it to my goals.
Every milestone I've set during this cut I've crushed and moved forward. I lookforward to sharing my final results with everyone at the end of this 6 week bpi challenge in 4 weeks.
Start 5'8 220 30% ish??

I appreciate all the comments let's see if I can answer a few questions.
- yes I did cardio when I first started for about 3 or so months running for approx 45-1hr 3x a week then I completely dropped cardio for about 11 months and just lifted 6 days a week until recently these last 2 months when I re added cardio. I currently lift 6 days a week and get in 45-1hr of cardio 3-5 times a week.
- I've suprsingly been able to continually go up in strength this whole cut and maintain. My macros for 157lbs are as followed, 140-155g protein 45-55g fats X amount of carbs.
- I still haven't lost the gut completely I have a very very little bit of fat left there but that's where its all been falling off lately.... DAT stubborn lower ab fat
- yes I do train legs ;P pics will be in my final update.
If Anyone has any questions feel free to message me I'm always willing to help people.Small Imperfections are what make us perfect in our own way.

You've killed it man! I've been cutting for 15 months as well. You've done better than me. I started a little higher than you though. Great job!

Wow man thats a fantastic transformation. One question, did you have any lifting experience before your cut? Because im 5'10 and i was 210, now 3 months later im 180, and i only look like a smaller fat version of my previous self. But im only 20lbs awayy from you and you look a chit ton better than i do and i cant see myself looking like you when i get down to 160. So, i was just womdering if you had lifted before, or what your secret is xD? Haha again, congrats on the awesome transformation.
