Hey guys!
I would like to clear something up and I hope someone on this forum might clear that for me.
I have been working for about 4-5 years now. Recently I have noticed and people have been giving comments that I look extremely huge once I'm into half way of my workout but when I enter the gym I look slim. And even I can see that, the difference is very very huge. I'm not taking any supplements apart from Whey protein (ON Soy 100%). If I were taking l-arginine granules or supplements this possibility can be expected, but the last time I took a intraworkout or a BCAA's was 2 months ago (BSN AminoX). Can glycogen be a cause of this? Any help is appreciated
What can I do to maintain my size while I'm not working out? I'm not asking any tips to hold onto my pump but what causes that huge change in volume before and during/after my workout?
Thanks a lot
