    Intermittent fasting!!!

    I weigh 200lbs and am 18 years old. I am about to start intermittent fasting matched with jim stoppanis short cut to shred. do I need to count calories or can I just eat anything that's healthy within my time window? some advice would be appreciated. thanks

    yes you have to count calories to lose weight[You have to be in a caloric deficit otherwise you won't lose fat]
    Find your tdee/maintenance calories and eat 500 below that

    0.8protein per lb,0.4 fat per lb,and the rest carbs is a good macro ratio
