I've been struggling with this lately. The gym I go to in my development has a lot young whippernsappers going in and throwing all kinds of weight around with bad form. Even saw two young ladies doing horrible squats without any saftey bars, yet while I wanted to say something I 1, didn't want to come off as a creep and two, figured I'd be wasting my breath.

I still only sleep 4.5 hours ish, which has been the same for the last 25 years. I've never liked mornings though, I am a night owl.

There is no substitute for orange sugar free metamucil. Sometimes Costco has it on coupon but the jerks limit you to three. Protip: chug, do not sip.

I actually prefer the unflavored. I add it to my protein shake and can't even taste it.
