Ahhh the LC, my dream car. I will never get it, but years down the road, I do intend to sell/trade-in my RC 350 for the RC F when I make more monies.

Should be able to attain one. Not sure how depreciation will hit the car its rumored to be the last NA V8 they will be making until they go FI. So it might hold its value, you can get a used one for around mid to high 70's right now with around 15k miles.

Just got a call from my SA for a RCF track edition but they want 30k over sticker which is dumb IMO because I personally dont think that car will appriciate that much even if they are only making 500 or so. For that price you can wait for the LCF to come out or get a R8 for a little more.

There are only a few cars Ive owned that appreciated in price. 458 italia, 570 maranello SA and my 911E

At sticker I would buy it since there are only 5 only in the US, but for 30k over no thanks.

weather was nice so plasti dipped the wheels. came out pretty decent, black with graphite metalizer

washed my car at noon before i started, by the time i finished around 4 it was already green covered in pollen again. fukkin terrible.

Lookin clean. How long does it take to get the top off?

Pop hatch, open door, 2 latches, grab sides of roof, stand up, set in hatch. It's really easy the roof is only like 20 lbs.

Getting very close to done. GT4 wing and custom 3rd taillight are complete. Komo-tec is being slow as hell getting my tuned ECU back to us from Germany but it is what it is. I could be driving it as early as next Thursday.

All mechanical and cosmetic mods are done. Final test drives, state inspection and full detail are on Monday. The plan is to dive it home on Tuesday.

I've been in my friend's 400 a few times, the thing is a blast. I have 2 other fun cars so waiting wasn't that hard and its nice to have 100% of everything I could ever want done. This will be (for me at least) the perfect Evora.

There were 3 pretty huge time suck hiccups along the way. The tuning company decided they wanted my physical ECU months after they gave us everything to flash it ourselves, the original wing was late as hell and then it was not built to our spec and the intake scoops took 4 months to come in.

The intake also took forever as this did not even exist when I bought the car. While we were waiting on the major components we came up with additional mods like a new head unit, better option to charge cell phones and even fixed a known factory defect with the trunk release.

The first day I have this I plan to cruise around western MA pretty much all day, really get a feel for the car.

If you do a lot of car shows there is literally nothing you can do about it. You get plastered all over social media and everyone knows who you are, trying to fight it is futile.

I mean I guess there's some off chance someone from the misc could wander in here with malicious intentions, but for the most part people in this sub are just enjoying seeing vehicles posted. How would you even go about trying to ID someone from their license plate?

Idk man whatever. I don't think you're important enough to need to worry. Most of us block out our license plate, but like the other guy said if you do car shows and social media then who cares anyways.
