well, you wouldnt cross shop those two regardless. I dont like the 5.0 at all. Not in the same class at all. You can make any car go around the track quicker than the M3, it's not about that.

Wow, good eye. I replaced it with a Range Sport Sport. I wasn't sure if I would like it. I guess I remember Land Rovers to be extremely rugged but also not reliable or sporty feeling. But I love it. Not one problem after a few thousand miles. And it will outrun most things on the road, in great comfort.

I would in a heartbeat. Hell I'd even take a twenty plus year old fox body over any M3. Don't care about times/specs, I've found them about as uninteresting as a stats class. Not once ever has a BMW made my head turn or held my interest for more than a sec. Aware that I'm in the minority. Don't care.

I've downsized quite a bit, Still have around three other trucks not posted. On the hunt for a 72ish Chevy luv and a cheap (sub $2000) crapbox to drive daily and get 35+mpg.


Already cleared the front lights, leveled the front, getting some 33x12.5's in the next week, maybe some wheels aswell. I absolutely hated the stock wheels when I bought it, but they grew on me. I can not figure out anyway not to make the taillights look like ass. Anybody with opinions? would candy's/smokes tailed match the cleared fronts?

edit: looking at 285/70/17 bfg rugged terrains right now. I wont to remove the step bars and will be doing something to the grille aswell.


This thing is up for the winter, would like to buy a zx10 or roadglide in spring.
