Congrats to my client Kieran Maher - NEW MR AUSTRALIA!
I've been teamed up with Kieran for almost 4 years now, and this year I've coached him to 7 first places finishes and an overall title. Kieran was at the INBA Australia Season A nationals this past weekend and took out first place in the intermediate and open men's divisions. We dieted for a total of 24 weeks and started the prep just a tad above 12% body fat.
Very proud of this achievement for Kieran and my team!

I would say congrats to him but would imagine he won't see it since you had to post on his behalf...
