    When I used to run I think the max I ever did was 2 miles, never was really consistent with it. I am really out of shape when it comes to cardio now.

    Yeah that cross country **** is too much. I have a few freinds who do it. I don't run long distance too much anymore. Just lots of 110 yard sprints for football.

    We do 2 mile warm ups for soccer so i usually run 4-5 during the summer when I'm training for the sport

    Used to run 5 miles 5-6 days and let me say it sucks dik to get into running that much. I was getting 5 miles in at about 28 minutes when training for boxing.

    I stopped running and now just rely on my skills and strength when I spar/fight people. Like it more :P

    Used to do 3 miles regularly..stopped after I had skipped a day and did 6 miles the next to compensate. Completely capable of miles, just annoying to keep with it.
    Lately stopped jogging completely and only commit to sprints..much less time consuming+yields more overall benefits

    Depends on the day, Saturday's I have 2 rugby practices and 1 game so I run 7km+.
    The average day I run at least 3km.
    I have no way of truly measuring it also it depends on what we are doing in practice.
