    Layne Nortons Rapid Fat Loss Blog!!

    Just putting together a blog to keep myself accountable, for the next 2 weeks ill be doing Laynes Rapid Fat Loss in order to drop weight and also fat for the upcoming summer. Im currently 18 years old, 13 stone 8 with a BF% of around 18-19%

    The given macros for me to follow are as follows:


    Protein = 200 grams
    Carbs 20 grams
    Fats 20 grams

    Sample Meal Plan for the above stats:

    Asda - Multivitamins, 1 tablet
    Salt - Table, 3 g
    Eggs - White only, raw, 106.0 g
    Tesco - High Strength Cod Liver Oil 3000 mg

    Asda - Green Beans, 100 g
    John West - Tuna In Spring Water, 112 g

    Broccoli - Raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Chicken - Breast, meat only, raw, 400 g
    Egg - Medium Hard Boiled Egg, 1 medium egg

    Total Macros 26 Carb 19 Fat 193 Protein 1064 Calories

    Got up this morning and weighed in at 13 stone 4 1/2 or 85kg, I can imagine most of this being water weight.. but anyhow weight is weight!

    This was what I ate today:

    Asda - Multivitamins, 1 tablet

    Todays training was a depletion workout (aims to empty the bodys glycogen stores) and went like this:

    DB Chest Press 25kgx25 3 sets
    Hammer Curl 25kgx12 3 sets
    Triangle pressups 25x3 sets

    Only had about 20 minutes today so made the most of it I could!
