Cutting from 165 to 150 im at 158 so far.

Also cutting advice would be great.
Will update as much as i can untill im 150 or a little less.
Also how fast can you gain back loss muscle from a cut with muscle memory?

Nice I am approx the same height and cutting from about 168 goal weight ~155 possibly less. Ive been cutting about 4 weeks. Idk if you can gain back muscle at a faster than normal speed without gaining a little extra fat, but I hope so since it's a relatively light weight for a bodybuilder. How many calories are you currently eating a day? (trying to find ppl of similar weight to compare)
