Hey,
I'm just curious whether or not I should continue working out the way I do, in order to get some better results.
I'm 21yo, 6'1", and around 180lbs. Im a pretty lean guy and work out 5 days a week. I'm lean, but that's only because I work out ard and really watch what I eat ( I have an Endomorph body type).
As of now I have a day for each muscle group with two rest days (Wed/Sun). Each lifting day I begin with 15 minutes on the treadmill (going pretty hard), work out for about 1.5 hours, and end with another 15 minutes.
I've read a bunch of different opinions about cardio while weight lifting and how it can slow your muscle growth. I don't want to get huge or bulky, just a bit bigger and more muscle definition.
Should I reduce the amount I do cardio, or save it for the rest days? Any advice would be great.
