Seriously, I am tired of never gaining strength and muscle or loosing fat. I am tired of changing my workout every month. It is time for a new beginning.

5/24/14. 10pm.
Workout:
Squat 3x5 135lb
Bench 3x5 135lb
Rows 3x5 95lb
Notes on squat: Decided to restart on all of the exercises, and build up by 10lb increments until I reach my max. My thighs and gluteus are strong because of biking, however, my lower back is still weak, which makes it harder for me to keep my back straight when reaching higher squats (170lb+)
Notes on Bench: Very easy until last set. Triceps suck beyond belief; I need to eat more.
Notes on Row: Very easy, however, I am starting very light simply because I want to be able to bring it up to my chest every rep, something I can't do with 135lb+. Traps and anterior deltoids get hit so hard when I do this, it makes it so much more worth it.Last edited by CHCL; 05-27-2014 at 07:19 AM.

Hey there!
Umm...Not really. I am now starting to reconsider (bad habit to change after I start, but it is much easier on the shoulder in regards to movement. IDK)
As to why I haven't updated, I caught a very bad virus (worst migraine I have ever experienced). Going to try to workout today, but I might not be able to, sense today is a really busy day for me.
