Darn. . I'm used to squatting in front of the mirror too :/ Tried it without the mirror, and my form & range of motion was a bit off :/

Got the deadlifts up and going so smoothly
Silly question, but is there a limit on the rest time inbetween those lifts??

I have my wife doing Lilly Shrugs as well She is running Bret Contreras Strong Program, so doing a lot of benching, squats, and DLs!
Doh, there is a stomach bug going around. My two youngest threw up last week, and I know a bunch other who have been sick. Do you end up having to eat some costs cancelling the trip?

No limit. So for Squats, when it is my turn I get my attempt in, then I have to wait for everyone after me to go, and then everyone who went before me does their 2nd attempt. Squats took the longest out of the 3 lifts (the monolift had to be adjusted for each lifter, and seemed like there was the widest variance between how much each person lifted which I guess is not surprising b/c there was a mix of knee sleeves and wraps)Kenshin and Dbone's Nursing Home Adventures (ongoing) ... http://tinyurl.com/ns23wak

I did this workout around noontime Saturday instead of the normal 7 AM. Squats continue to feel good, and my deadlifts were moving fast. I was supposed to do 385x3x6 for power deads, but went with 405 instead.
I moved my deadlift stance closer a bit, and that seemed to give me more speed off the floor. Since getting the Crossfit Lite TRs, I had moved my stance out because it was more comfortable ... But being more comfortable doesn't necessarily translate to being stronger

Maybe I just roll with things for the next few weeks and when I get back from vacation then come up with a plan.

Lol as long as you're in the gym consistently, the motivation will come back.
I'm not extremely motivated right now either, but my lifts are progressing, so just gotta ride it until it stops. Backing off on deadlifts a couple of months back seems to have helped my squats start moving again.

First time squatting since I hurt my knee 2 weeks ago Weight felt way too heavy, and I noticed my right knee is a little achy (I think it is more b/c I have been putting extra pressure on to make up for my left knee injury). On a bright note, as the workout went on I actually felt great and in the zone, so hopefully this is something I can carry forward to my next few workouts to get back on track.
