Hey guys,
I'm 15 years old
I'm new to bodybuilding I did beach body's body beast and I got a nice foundation and I have a full gym in my basement I would like to start bodybuilding I'm very dedicated I just need a place to start and what I should be doing (a routine) any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
Ps. I have a lat pull down seated row chest flies mechanical bench press pull up bar full rack of free weights

Should I target one muscle a day or combine two muscles a day?
