    Skinny problems?!

    So it seems I'm stuck don't know if I'm just skinny or skinny fat, should i continue to bulk and eat a lot and try to make some gains

    Not fat, just really skinny. You need to eat LOTS of good clean foods. 6 to 7 meals a day. Don't count calories, just aim for high carb and protein while keeping fats as low as possible. Get on a good training program as well and hit the gym religiously.
