    Bench program

Which program do you guys recommend to increase bench press?
Have been lifting weights for about a month, but have played football all my life.

My 1RM is only 180 pounds at the bench

    Deadlift: 405 1RM
    Squat: 350 1RM

    I am 6,4 and weigh 230 pounds

AND YES, THIS HAS PROBABLY BEEN A SUBJECT ONE THOUSAND TIMES

    Thanks!

What is your current program like?

If your just starting out I would say to check out starting strength, madcow 5x5, or 5/3/1. All are solid programs and easy to follow
