    Question about cutting.

hi guys, i was just wondering in relation to cutting ive always thought as long as you eat the amount of calories required to lose the fat that you will cut, the main question is do you think the type of food you eat matters as long as you get the right amount of protein?
So for example you could have a pizza if it fits your macros etc..

    thank you for any responses.

You need to eat minimally processed food to make sure you get the right amount of micronutrients.

Processed food (ice cream, pizza, candys...) are generally low in protein but high in carbs/fats so it's harder to get the right macros while staying in your caloric goals.

So you can afford the type of food you're talking about but not too much.

Plus, processed food are not satiating, have no good nutrients and are generally high in calories, sodium and can contains trans fat.
