ON creatine 317g

I recently purchased a tub of Optimum nutrition creatine, 317 grams. It came with a scoop and it says 3grams of creatine per serving, this is different to the creatine advertised on the optimum website?
Any ideas if its fake?

also, there's no need to be taking creatine at 16

You mention 3 grams, which surprised m ebecause usually supp companies recommend on the label 5 grams. When I look that product up I see the following regarding dosing:

Each serving supplies a full 5 grams (5000 mg) of 99.9% pure Creapure(tm) brand Creatine Monohydrate.

Should i continue taking it?

they're a legit retailer, so it should be fine. i know there are some discrepencies with labelling of this product - i've used ON's creatine before and where the US version uses creapure, ours (UK) doesn't.
