You all need to get in on this!!!
I loved running flex... it really helped out with my elbow and shoulder. I have been using glucosimine lately but its just not cutting it. Id really love to run it again and break some new pr's and hit the 1200lb club with some stronger joints!!!USPLA Oregon 220lb Submasters raw record holder for Bench,Squat,Deadlift and overall total lbs.
UPA Oregon 220lb submasters Bench only, masters 242lb push pull and full meet record holder.

The only joint support I have used is glucosamine w/ condriotin. I could tell with it, that alone these two supps helped tremendously from sore joints and even helped me comeback from a few nagging injuries.
Animal Flex looks very interesting with its array of supporting ingredients, I really like the fact that I see that turmeric is in there as I have read quite a bit on the supp, but have yet to try it out.
Good luck to everyone!Former collegiate Athlete

My knees, wrists and shoulders are always tight and cracking, as a construction worker and bodybuilder there doesn't seem to be any relief in sight. I'd love to try something buy don't want to waste the money on a crappy product. Although I have used several animal products and like them all I can't bring myself to chance the money on this product which is why a trial would be great!! thanks animal

I'd love to give Animal Flex a shot. About a month ago I made a boneheaded maneuver while working out and heard some crunching in my shoulder. Shoulder was tight and painful doing certain movements (but I could move it freely). Researching led me to getting some Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM. Needing it quick, i picked up some generic Equate from Walmart (Osteo Bi-flex triple strength generic). In the month taking it, I have already noticed a difference and began resuming at about 50% of the weights I was doing previously. I am cautiously going back up in weight. I do have some discomfort when doing squats, so I know it's not 100%.
Would love to see what the extra goodies in Animal Flex provide in my recovery over this shoulder injury.Last edited by Jinx8402; 05-29-2014 at 05:55 AM.

I have never used a join support supplement, besides general vitamin intake, and have been interested in giving Flex a try. One of the biggest reasons for me personally wanting to try this product is because within my family joint problems have been quite prone to happening. Even without the consistent strain from lifting, multiple close family members have had hip and knee replacements, and it is very likely that I will follow in their footsteps. With the extra strain from the training that I do, I feel that it might be very beneficial to use a product like Flex to help support at protect these joins, that I can already start to feel getting worse over time, such as my left hip specifically. Thank you for your time!

I started on Orange Triad based on recommendations at this website. In the past I was bodybuilding 4X a week. Eventually I stopped taking it and slowly I started to feel aches and pains in my shoulders and knees get a little worse. Those aches and pains were coming on bit by bit before I stopped OT and although it was 'ok' it wasn't able to keep up with my workouts and I felt it was more of a waste of money than anything else. After a short while, I wanted to get back to taking joint support to stop the aches and pains and also to prevent any damage or further problems. It was shortly after that, that I decided to begin training for the Ironman and I knew I needed something better and stronger. My old brand just wasn't going to cut it.
I heard about flex and bought two cans. I am down to half a can and after having tried it, it is the only one for me. Now that I am Ironman training I need something strong. I run 9 miles, 4X a week and I depend on Flex to keep my back, knees and shoulders (my arms/shoulders get tired on long runs) going strong. I swim 1.2 miles 3X a week and it takes a tremendous toll on my upper body, especially my shoulders. Again, Flex is what keeps me moving. Having tried a name brand competitor in the past and a few off-brands, only Flex is able to keep up with the work I do. I even make it into the gym a few times a month to work on strength training and have complete confidence that I will be able to handle it thanks to Flex.Last edited by ScaleAndSteel; 06-01-2014 at 07:10 AM.
