This morning i had 4 whole eggs a bagel, bannana and a serving of isolean pro! cant wait to have my other two serving pre and post workout!
Inital thought about the protein is it tastes really great! it was alittle bubbly when i got to the end but i think that might be because i mixed it with milk. but the taste is awesome! creamy thick and it mixed great!

Today i took one serving of isolean pro 25 g protein right when i woke up and an additional 4 whole eggs and a bagel. Then before my workout this morning i took another serving and now i just took my serving after my workout! so 75 grams from isolean pro 24 grams from the eggs and 12g from my whole wheat bagel! Thats 111 grams of protein before 10 oclock! haha. and in about 20 minutes i will have my post workout meal which is a smaller meal because im kinda full from the protein shakes. but it will consist of ground turkey and a sweet potato. i might throw some green beans in the microwave as well.
My workout was
incline DB bench
incline DB flys
DB bench
dips superset incline push ups
skull crushers superset close grip bench
tricep pushdowns
overhead db tricep extensions
everything was 3-4 sets of 8-15 reps
Trying to gain some lean muscle!

i had a serving of isolean pro at 5 this morning with 4 whole eggs and two pieces of toast with peanut butter.
another serving of isolean pro preworkout
my workout:
Barbell squat 3 sets of 6-8 reps
Barbell Bench press 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Bent over rows 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Dumbell shoulder press 3 sets of 8-10 reps
Leg extensions 2 sets of 10-12 reps
leg curls 2 sets of 10-12 reps
Barbell curls 2 sets of 10-12 reps
side leateral raise 2 sets of 10-12 reps
then post workout another servings of isolean pro
This is an active rest day so its light weight little rest!

Today I made some waffles with a serving of isolean pro mixed it. Surprisingly they cooked fine and tasted great! I mixed in a little extra milk because it made the batter alittle thicker. But so that was my first serving. I also had some eggs with the waffles.
Just drank my pre workout shake with one serving of isolean pro in water.
My workout will be
Wide grip pullups 4 sets of 12
Barbell row reverse grip 4 sets of 10 12
Close grip lat pulldowns 4 sets of 10
One are DB row 4 sets of 12
Ez bar curls 2 sets of 15 And 2 sets of 6
Incline db curls 4 sets of 12
Machine seated biceps 4 sets of 12
5 sprints at the end!
Then I will take my post workout serving of isolean pro!

Did my usually routine one servings isolean pro in the morning one pre workout and one post workout.
My workout was
Stiff legged deadlift
Leg curls
Front squat
lunges
Leg extensions
Then some abs at the end!
Meal 1
Eggs with peppers and toast with peanut butter
Meal 2
Hibachi chicken with some peas
Pretty sure that's around 130 grams of protein before 10!!! Mission accomplished! My goal is to at least have over 100 grams of protein before 10 o'clock. I only weigh 190 so if I can take in at least 300 a day I should be well on my way to building muscle!

Yesterday i did some shoulders, traps and calves; and today is my active rest day.
I kind of carb loaded this morning. i woke up pretty hungry so i downed my one serving of isolean pro then had a protein bar with 4 pieces of toast and 4 whole eggs with some fruit.
in about an hour im going to workout so i think im going to have my pre workout serving of isolean pro now and then do:
Barbell squats
Barbell Bench
Bent over rows
DB shoulder press
leg extensions
lying leg curls
barbell curls
side lateral raise
everything is 2-3 sets of 6-12 reps with light weight just to get a good workout but dont want to be sore the next day.
Shoulders are pretty sore today so im gunna go real light on the dumbell press and side lateral raises.

Well one week in with isolean pro and im loving it. The taste is awesome the results are awesome and its an all around awesome isolate! so glad i got the opportunity to log this!

Mixed my morning shake with 2% milk this morning! taste is even creamy and better with the 2% milk! then my pre and post shake was with water!
My workout was

one arm db row
z bar culr
incline db curl
spider curl
hammer curls
everything 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps
i think im putting on some lean mass with taking 3 servings a day everyday with isolean pro! it really does make a difference when you have a good isolate and taking it for 3 servings a day. idk if i could afford to do it after i finish this stack but i am defintiely going to look into it! because its hard to get my total protein intake where i want it and it really helps out with a great protein powder like isolean pro!

Had my morning shake with skim milk and i mixed my pre and post workout shakes with skim milk as well. i find thats working better for me.
my workout today was
Barbell squat 6 sets of 12
Lunges 5 sets of 5 each leg
stiffed legged deadlift 4 sets of 8
leg extensions 4 sets of 12-15
leg curls 4 sets of 12-15
had some gummy bears right after my workout as well as a sweet potato with some grilled chicken
i watched a jim stoppani video and he said to eat some gummy bears right after your workout.

skipped the morning shake this morning because i had one right before i went to bed last night. Yesterday was a rest day for me and i spent it with the fam.
Back at it with some chest and triceps today. Had a pre workout shake and my workout was

i felt like doing light weight with about 12 to 15 reps on the first set of everything then on my third set i did heavier weight with 6 reps. After my workout i had my post workout shake. i read something that you built twice as much muscle when taking a pre and post workout shake than not taking shakes at all. im still really enjoying this great isolate protein powder!

Morning shake and i just did a shake after my workout because i just did
Standing alternating db biceps
ez barl curls
seated incline db biceps
hammer curls
concentrated one arm db biceps
3 sets of 12 reps for all exercises
and then tonight im going to do some back and calves and have another serving right after that workout!
probably will do
reverse grip barbell rows
lat pulldowns
one arm db row
Db rows
standing calve raises 10 sets of 10 with 15 seconds rest in between sets
all back exercises 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps
oh and i did 10 minutes on the stair stepper and 10 minutes on the treadmill! so im killing it today! Also i have been eatting gummy bears right after my workout to boost insulin! im eatting about 7-9 small meals a day. so i eat about every 2-3 hours.
