Question Can too much milk be bad for you?

My parents are worried I'm drinking too much milk(a half of a gallon a day). I have a gallon of water along with this and try to take in about 3500-4000 calories a day. Is there such a thing as too much milk? What badness can happen to you? I drink my milk throughout the day and the most I ever have in one hour is 2 14 oz glasses but I sip them slow. Thanks any help or advice is appreciated.

    EDIT: I weigh 150 lbs and I am 5'10.

Too much of anything is bad for you/can kill you/causes cancer. That isn't too much, but milk isn't the BEST BB food. Anway, it seems like you are getting plenty of other calories.

Well, too much lactose can bloat some people. And lactose in general isn't the best source of carbs, even if you are not lactose intolerant. I've read that milk has all kinds of hormones and antibiotics in it, but I don't know what to believe.

I used to be able to drink loads of milk but recently I've suffered signs of lactose intolerance when I upped my intake a little so I decided to drop milk altogether, it means I use a bit more protein powder but it certainly hasn't done me any harm dropping it.

Milk is one thing that I can just keep on drinking, it doesnt even seem like I drink that much but sure enough i go through about 3 litres of full cream milk daily! at least 2.5L a day.

Usually In the morning I will have 500mls with a cup of oats and eggs then with about 4 other meals I have 500mls with whatever else Im eating.

I drink 500ml before going to bed
On the pack it's printed 59kcal for 100ml.

Is it gonna throw my calorie intake off?

Once again, your question makes no sense

~300 calories out of 2750 calories

If milk is your only item then you aren't consuming enough calories

    i was confused
    Between calorie & Calorie

    1 kcal = 1 Calorie = 1000
    calories.
