Still have stomach fat despite losing so much weight I can see my ribs

When I was a freshman in highschool I was 6'1 and 170 ( I had no fat in my stomach and had a 6 pack) and that was my ideal weight. I gained more weight then I wanted to so I went on a diet and am now down to 160 and and can see my ribs but I still have a pouch of fat around my belly button that makes me look fat and it leans down over my pants when I sit down. I don't know what to do at this point and need some help.

How much weight did you lose? there could be some excess skin leftover if it was a dramatic weight loss in a short amount of time. Pics would be helpful.
Also, at 6'1 160 lb, you're probably better off bulking

Could be loose skin. I went from 230 to 150 over about a year and a half and got stuck with a lot on my lower belly. If it feels kinda saggy and really easy to shift around by rubbing that's an indicator. Best way to know is to ask your doctor on your next check-up and lean bulk in the meantime

How often do you drink/do other "things"? Aside from the green. This probably makes a big difference. Also, I lost about 50-60 lbs initially about 1.5-2 years ago. Then bulking, cutting, repeat for the time since i lost the weight, skin is still pretty loose and its weird cause the bottom of my stomach looks like loose skin but at the same time i have abs. Just remember, if you have been fat for a while before losing it, it will take a while for the skin to go back to normal
