Well, when you're eating with the clown, you can get some funny foods.
But srs, that's rough. I've heard of people finding rats in their burgers. I don't know why they complain, that's a bargain. You're getting horse meat AND rat meat for the price of just horse meat. That's a BOGO.
Brb asking for orgy at the counter.
Not srs.
You can't order those, you have to make them.

Aw fuk bye... Crossfit sure has some good marketing people. Bad training program vs. most outdated training program in existence: which is better?

^If crossfit beats Army PT then I guess we should start sending crossfitters to the front lines.
But seriously, though. Crossfit is a joke, and most crossfitters take themselves too seriously. Crossfit is like the Mike Chang of working out.
EDIT: Training regimen for the Army PT is from 2012 in this study, maybe they updated it a little?

To be fair, most of my experience with PT has been through sailors, not soldiers, and my college's ROTC was Navy/USMC, not army. So it's possible the army's PT is more modern. My impression is that the Navy is usually slowest to implement changes.
However, most of them say Navy PT sucks and even Crossfit would be a welcome change, lol.My log:

i think they're simulcast on ABC now...so the channel is worthless. Rich Eisen, who was there to launch the network, is still the only person i can really stand to listen to. then again, all the networks have more and more, way too many, commentators sitting at the desk...there's nothing to listen to other than 7 second sound bites.
the 2nd thing i noticed after your road rash from the pictures is how ****ing white you are. dude you need to get a tan. srs next time when you're halfway through your bike rides, take off the shirt, lay down and get some sun.Domicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

I hear about chit like that way too often... there was that mother that hit someone while driving and killed them, tried suing the family for the 'trauma' of taking a life
Is she trying to make anything out of it, or a "just letting you know, it was your fault" type thing

if a lawyer gets involved, they'll get half the settlement.
if i were Erik i'd call her and tell her he expects her or her insurance to cover every single medical bill, or i'm calling the lawyers tomorrow. i'd be hoping that she gets the insurance involved, and they'd cover all the costs plus send some more to help soothe the bad feels and hopefully prevent a lawsuit.
and then i'd get a ****ing tan; that dude is whiteDomicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

"If you were in a car what you did was illegal because you should've been in the left lane waiting to turn from there or using a proper cross walk."
This is ridiculous. Apparently it was my fault because I didn't dismount from my bike (while riding in the bike lane) and cross a crosswalk (while riding down a giant street) with about 300-400 ft left until the stoplight.
My goals/plans weren't to sue, just to get what's rightfully mine through insurance. But if worse comes to worst, I'm going to have to.
Calling the officer tomorrow and asking for the official police report.

My turn for the daily "Most ****ed up news." Saw it on Reddit's news section. Four people in Kentucky, ranging from in ages from 17 to 20 have been charged with the following charges for raping (oral and anal) a 15-year-old male student in the city's school district.
first degree sodomy, promoting a minor in a sexual performance, use of a minor in a sexual performance and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor
Apparently a fifth has been arrested in connection to the crime.

HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. -
Investigators on Wednesday obtained a warrant for the arrest of 18-year-old Sam Miller of Hopkinsville, Ky. in connection with a sexual crime committed against a Hopkinsville teenager last weekend. Tuesday, four people - including two minors - were arrested in connection with the incident, according to the Christian County Sheriff's Office.
Miller was arrested in Louisville Wednesday and is being transported to Christian County Thursday.
The victim, a male, is being treated for life-threatening injuries at Gateway Hospital in Clarksville, Tennessee.
Miller is charged with first degree sodomy, promoting a minor in a sexual performance, use of a minor in a sexual performance and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
Deputies say three of the four charged Tuesday took part in the crime Sunday, videotaped it and shared it. The fourth person is charged with possessing the video.
Tyler R. Perry, 19, is charged with first degree sodomy, tampering with physical evidence, promoting a sexual performance by a minor and use of a minor in a sexual performance.
Dayton Ross Jones, 20, is charged with first degree sodomy, promoting a sexual performance by a minor, use of a minor in a sexual performance and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
An unnamed 17-year-old Hopkinsville juvenile is charged with first degree sodomy and tampering with physical evidence. A second 17-year-old Hopkinsville juvenile is charged with possession/viewing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
Miller, Perry and Jones' bonds are set at $1 million.
