It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

Why? my running doesn't impact my lifting, I'm still progressing with my lifts, It's just that there intimidation mental block or something, I was stuck at 495 DL for the longest time, I couldn't bring 500 (a measliy 2.5lbs on each side) for the longest time, stupid psych!

Hope so, I recall in your log that you were doing a ridiculous amount of running on top of a very physically active lifestyle. Are you still planning to do another log?

Hey a 14 year old kid recently started a log in nut. He's doing ok so far, but I'm not really the person who should be advising him. So I was hoping to rope in one of you more experienced persons to chime in. Thanks.
Are you really wearing a mask? Or is that just an awesome photoshop?SF Bay Area Crew

Yeah, I'm gonna start my log up again in a bit, rate now I'm eating at a small deficit to try and trim some fat from my break (Just to be beach ready really) and yeah, 2.5lbs plates just to break a plateau, nothing pisses me off more then not being able to lift more then I did last time!
No it doesn't.

Gorgeous dog tara! What kind is it?
Just use your smart phone. Back up all documents on google docs, download google aps, then you have spreadsheets/word documents (the only things Iv'e used so far) on the run.
As for tablets, kindle hdx is a high rated one for students. My Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169516313

School ends June 5th,
Taking a small vacation to Columbus that weekend, need to get away from home and reality for a bit and take some time off working every single day.
Then brothers wedding in July.
Gonna be a busy summer on top of that and lots of interviews for teaching jobs.
Hows everyones weekend?Last edited by The Solution; 05-11-2014 at 06:27 PM.
